Today was the last straw, the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over expecting a different result. Clearly I am insane. I have been going to Marino Automotive for the past 3 years for oil changes and inspections because it is convenient, but I will never walk in there again. Both women who work behind the counter are rude and unhelpful. Poor customer service is an understatement.
The mechanics are okay, they have shot me pretty straight on automotive issues, but they do not have much collaboration with the front desk and you have to go search out the mechanic to find out what the problem is.
Today I dropped my car off for the annual inspection, put down my phone number as requested by the woman at the front desk, was told I should return in an hour and my car would be ready.
I returned 45 minutes later to pick up my car and went in to pay. I was charged for an oil change. I inquired about why I was not seeing the state inspection included in my bill. She looked at me and said, "I dont know, something was wrong". Thanks for your help!
I went and found the mechanic to ask what the problem was and he said that because of a crack in the headlight lens water had seeped in and they could not pass it. Well, that crack has been there the past 3 years and they have passed it without issue. The lights and turn indicators work, but for some reason that crack is preventing the passing.
I took my car to another place this morning and it was passed without incident. Thanks for nothing and allowing me to put up with your poor customer service for so long.
