Water ran dark brown when first turned on. Door was warped, plus the security latch was too narrow to go over the ball so could not use to secure the door. The toilet ran every few minutes even though no one was using it. Kept hearing some kind of noise that sounded like a huge washing machine on the spin cycle, but I somehow doubt laundry was being done all night long.. The place is run down and decrepit. Was seriously disappointed in this hotel. Used to be that if a hotel was under the Quality Hotels name, it was at least in decent shape. Had come up to NY to take care of some things after my Mom passed recently, and was a horrible trip, and believe me when I say that this place did nothing to help make things better.

The staff was great! But the hotel itself was very dirty. I wouldn't stay here again. Even the ceiling was filthy. Location was great though, and you have to pass a Dunkin Donuts to get to the highway, which was great. There is a gas station right there too. Super quiet area. But yeah.... never again.

The staff member, Harsh, was extremely nice and helpful. My partner, dog, and I were driving through a snow storm and needed a place to stay. Luckily, Harsh was able to check us in early. The room, location, and staff are great.

Nice location and staff was very friendly. Our whirlpool tub gave us warm, brown water. Room looked pretty warm in. Scratches on the walls. Questionable mold on the shower curling. Carpets in the hallway were pretty stained.

This hotel is nestled in a great location near the highway and near a few local attractions. The room we had was spacious with a TV, couch, dining table, AND bar nook! The only flaw with the room is the furniture is a bit dated.

Harshil, the manager was a gracious host. He was responsive to all of our requests and concerns throughout our stay at the Inn. He was definitely a highlight of our stay.

Despite all the negative reviews, my family and I decided to stay here for the night. The room was actually quite nice, there were no bedbugs, mold, or drug addicts. We were concerned about the smell of cigarettes and weed that other reviews mentioned, but we didn’t notice it at all. The breakfast was good, though somewhat limited. There were bagels, a waffle machine, juice, cereal, coffee, and some fruit. If you’re just looking to stay the night somewhere, I would say this is a good spot.

Do. Not. Go. Here. Stains all over my bed, signs of bed bugs all over the place. I didn't interact with the staff as I was taken here by a relative, so I do not know how they are. However, the cover blanket thing on my bed had "bodily juices" all over it, and when my relative went to tell the front desk the front desk said it was just the pattern on the bed. It was clearly not. They offered to give us a new one, my relative refused as it is only decorative. They didn't even offer to take the dirty one. There was hair and signs of bed bugs on the cot we got. I got a no smoking room so it didn't smell bad, I know other reviews mentioned this. Also, unless you're okay with driving more than 10 minutes, find somewhere closer to eat (there is a Dunkin donuts close by, my relative can't eat there and they don't like driving "far". I'm from the country so for me it's normal to drive ~40 minutes to eat, but to each their own). The breakfast is basically nonexistent, and you have to pay extra for it. Find somewhere nicer, listen to the reviews.

This hotel is the dirtiest hotel I have ever been too. Everything was dirty and had hair all over the place. Bedspread and chairs were stained, sheets were not changed. This place is disgusting inside and out.
