Dr. Wileman has the perfect bedside manner. He is caring, personal and a very good communicator. But, best of all, he is an outstanding doctor. He knows how to diagnose, treat and follow-up. A very good listener, he has the patience to answer any question and share with you, all the details. And the support staff is A+++. They are kind, knowledgeable and able to answer any question with honest information. Take a chance and you will be very very happy. If it matters, he is an excellent too.

Phoned Infinity shortly after beginning to experience vision problem for the first time which was alarming to say the least. Was first told they were booked for the day but when the very kind scheduler asked me what was going on, and I told her, she said to hold on even though she was a doctor short for the afternoon and she would see what she could do for me.

Worked me in with Dr. Wileman within two hours and the testing began. Have been going to Infinity for years but this was my first visit with Dr. Wileman and I found him to be professional, polite, and thorough, the same as I have always experienced with the other doctors and staff at Infinity.

I left more educated and relieved that my issue was temporary.
Would recommend this practice to everyone.

I've been a patient at Infinity Vision for many years. Each doctor and nurse are excellent. I recently had an issue with my left eye and saw Dr. Wileman. He treated my situation with very careful examination. It wasn't an easy situation and Dr. Wileman was thorough, asked me questions about the treatment, took his time, a great deal of time, to make sure my eye was properly treated. He is extremely professional, knowledgeable, patient, interested in my well-being. I will continue to go to Infinity Vision and see Dr. Wileman. I am thankful for the care he gave me.

My cataract surgery was of special interest to me, since our son is an opthalmologist too! I was very impressed with the level of attention to detail everyone involved provided. I was well informed about all my choices in advance, had explicit written instructions regarding what I needed to do ahead of the surgery, and had excellent communication and personal care just ahead of the surgery at the surgery center, and most importatly, I had a chance to confer one more time with my ophthalmologist Dr. Justin Wileman, just prior to the surgery. The number of times I was asked to verify that my right eye was the one they were going to correct, was also very reassuring. Everyone was so caring, and so professional, I cannot recommend the whole team more highly, and particularly the highly professional attention from my surgeon.

Infinity Vision of Dallas has a great set of Dr's, PA's and staff. I experienced a torn retina along with other complications to my eye that required many surgeries. Dr Russell and his team where so great though out the entire years long process recovering my sight and literally saving my eye. The bed side manner of all the staff was calm and cool, explained every situation and procedure and ensured that I was comfortable along the way. Sometimes coming in before hours or even on the weekends for emergencies he and his team were always available.

A shout out for Dr. Wileman who stepped in recently on Dr Russell's behalf was equally as knowledgeable when he was doing some follow up procedures.
